INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
If D.I.V.E is a good fit for you, we will schedule follow up therapy sessions. These are weekly sessions typically 45-50 minutes aimed at addressing problem areas in order to achieve your desired therapy goals. On occasion, we may need to schedule a longer appointment to address your needs (e.g. a session with a partner or family member). There are a number of treatment options and we will collaborate to determine which approach is the best fit for you.
COUPLES THERAPY
Are you and your partner caught in negative relationship patterns or just looking to improve your communication? D.I.V.E. offers Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), an attachment-based, research backed therapy aimed at deepening emotional security and connection within the relationship.
GENDER AFFIRMING MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATIONS
With specialized training in LGBTQ health, we offer mental health evaluations and letters for gender affirming hormone therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery. We approach this visit as a consultation to assist you in both understanding the process and preparing for this important transition.
